In a small town near Mexico D.F. there is a woman called Mariel Girabaldi. She has a normal life but she sees dead people.
She is 32 years old and she is married to Gabriel Monegro, a policeman. They have two children, a girl and a boy. They are a lovely family. She was raised up in a warm a typical family. She and her sister shared a room, and it was all good till she started to see people she could only see.
No one in her family saw them, only her.
When she told her parents about it, they sent her to a psychologist. But it did not help to the situation at all.
She continued seeing them and she got accustomed to them.
Now it does not bother her and she does not freak out.
She carries this natural gift quite well.
The people she sees are definitely dead. Some of them are in a perfect shape but others are not. They have wounds all over their bodies or are heavily damaged.
She has always tried to speak to them but they have never answered her. Now she just walks among them.
She knows all of this is strange but it does not stop her from living her life like everyone else.
There are a lot of people who have different opinions about her. The majority do not believe her and think she is crazy. But there is a minority who do not question her and believe what she says. But above all she does not care of other’s opinions.
We are part of the minority who believes in her.
We think these things actually happen and we find this story rather interesting.
